Orders, Payments & Support

We ship worldwide from the Netherlands (insured). Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.
Netherlands & EU: 2–5 business days. International: 5–14 business days. Tracking number provided upon shipment.
Customs duties or import taxes may apply for non-EU orders. These are the buyer's responsibility.
We accept iDEAL (NL), Visa / MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure options at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes—eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in the same condition as received, with all inclusions and the return tag still attached. Please keep all original packaging. Final-sale items are not returnable.
Email us at info@reverieceleste.eu within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll reply with return instructions.
Return shipping and insurance are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or not as described. We recommend a trackable, fully insured service.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Final-sale items, gift cards, and customized services are not eligible for return. Any exceptions will be stated on the product page.

Sell & Consign With Us

Email info@reverieceleste.eu with brand, model/style, year (if known), condition, inclusions, serial/date code (if applicable), and links to clear photos.
We offer both. We’ll recommend the best option based on brand, demand, condition, and expected selling price. Commission and fees are confirmed in writing before listing.
Typically 1–3 business days after we receive your photos and details. If an in-person inspection is needed, we’ll let you know.
We set pricing using market data (recent comps), condition, and completeness. For consignments you can set a minimum (reserve) and we’ll confirm in writing before listing.
The typical consignment period is agreed in advance. Payouts are made after the buyer receives the item and any return window closes.
You can request your item back. Return shipping and insurance are the owner’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in your consignment terms.
